Do you guys get any reaction after taking GSE? I take 10 drops at a time in a glass of water. Sometimes I get a headache within the hour afterwards. Think this die-off? Anyone else get any type of reaction after taking this stuff? Has Grapefruit-Seed-Extract been proven safe? I'm hoping that I'm not killing my brain cells taking this...I have to few left as it is. LOL.
