Wheat was a surprise to me too. I couldn't get rid of acid reflux and little skin cysts for the longest time. I also had some trouble with flatulence, until I read that most people can be allergic to wheat and removing it from the diet will clear up a lot of issue. That was true for me. I tried whole grains, ground them myself, and still had problems.
