I finally found the grapefruit seed extract. Wow, is it expensive!!!
The bottle says to take 1-5 drops in a glass of water, 1-3 times per day. How do you guys use GSE? I'm planning on starting it tomorrow. I will be taking a break from my diet today for my birthday. I wasn't going to but my little girl was in tears when I told her I wasn't going to be having a birthday cake. So I have decided what's one little piece :) After almost a month of dieting, it could help me keep going.
When I do start using GSE, how soon does die-off occur? How much do you have time at what frequency? and how long do you have to take this stuff for?
