I too have low blood pressure.Thought it might be have something to do with my thyroids so have just had a blood test done at the docs, hopefully this might explain why i,m always so cold and find it very difficult to shift weight even when I,m only eating veges/salad/fish and white meat whilst on the candida diet.
Is there anything you can do for stressed out adrenals?
