You sound like me several years ago. Please please do me a favor. Take a good multi, calcium and magnesium to max dose and add 1/8 teaspoon Sea Salt per 16 ounces of water. Hopefully you are drinking pure water?

Also make sure you are drinking at least 90-100 ounces of water and eating several small meals.

I had those exact symptoms and they got sooooo bad I had to leave my job. Those symptoms are gone for me now. But please don't go on suffering like that without trying this remedy. I suffered forever til I figured it out.
