interesting stuff!

in myself and the friend that had this issue...we were both very aware of our heartbeats. it was the strangest feeling/thing. i blamed it on die off anxiety. i should of take my bp. maybe just watch you bp to watch whats going on. when you feel this way check the bp. then you can tell if its what your special condition is or if its just you being really aware of your heart beat.

is the adrenal stress from the candida only? or addisons disease?
