I do get a complete b profile in my multi. I hav e consdiered adding moly b and b-5 but have not done so yet. I already swallow 10 pills 3 x a day. I feel like a pill factory. I don't mind if it will get me better. But still I spend some time gagging. Ho Hum

Also taking concentrace. But oddly I contacted my vitamin company and they provided me with info that they already include all the trace minerals in my multi., I will never ever change multi's they leave no stone unturned. Been taking them for 7 years but recently with all the research I do, everytime I look at my multi I am pleasantly surprised. The got me covered!
