Yes, I used to get low bp all the time. It sounds like your explanation is accurate. Very interesting. Keeping up on B complex also helps with general overall adrenal function. People who are stressed by illness, accident, poor diet, busy lifestyle, and environmental pollutants have different types of adrenal insufficiency, but all need more Bs than people w/o heavy stress. You might check the label on your multi and see how much Bs you are getting. It may help to increase a bit. Take care, Michelle
