Sounds unconventional but I had to jumpstart getting rid of my BAD rashes by using a foot fungal spray directly on the affected areas. When it starts to get better and the itching is nearly unbearable, I use as hot of water, that I can stand, to run on the areas. It not only stops the itching but the heat from the water breaks down any toxins that the candida is giving off. Something to try:)
