All you can do is listen to what is offered and then follow your own best instincts. As it has been well stated, any illness will effect different people differently. Just try one thing and if it does not work, try another. I have had good success reducing Candida but it is not completely gone and I think that anyone who claims that they have eliminated it 100 percent is just fooling themselves.
