hi i no whats it like i only pop in occassionally now as i found it quite confusiong. i am now strickly followiong my natural therapist programme and although so far i havnt got rid of leakygut etc i feel like i have so much more energy. I exercise everyday for an hour at the gym or hours walk, hoping oxygen will kill the buggers. anyway if you happen to pop back you are more than welcome to email me and we can chat i no how you feel. infact everyone on this board does.
