breading is bad period.

you should be ordering grilled chicken, not fried and breaded.

plus most restaurants do not have organic chicken. it all depends on how bad you want to get better. if you eat out a lot i would only be getting veggies and not proteins if i were you. non-organic meats have hormones and Antibiotics in them.
