Thank you for your kindness. You sound to have had your share of suffering as well. You've been ill as long as I have ;-(.

The second one is still very interesting even though we don't technically have serious liver disease. It's very difficult to know exactly what to take though. Certain vitamins are synergists to others, and amino acids work along side each other too. Too much of one thing counterbalances another. I'm still thinking on it all. I just recently ( this week ) swithed to Biocares Hepaguard Forte. I've been taking Livatone Plus for over a year and a half now but my wonderful friend in UK told me about this one. She has had similar problems with gallbladder burning and caustic bile and this is what her nutritionist recommends ( my friend also has candida ).

By the way, I quite agree with you in regards to doctors. I am always trying to tell my sister how dangerous running to the doctor all the time can be. She won't listen though.
