Just wondering if Polenta is okay on the Candida diet. It looks to me like it is, but not 100% sure..

Ingredients
Water
Yellow Cornmeal
Dehydrated Garlic
Salt
Basil
Tartaric Acid
Ascorbic Acid (Vit C)
Beta Carotene (Vit A)

The yellow cornmeal was the only suspect ingredient, as I don't know what constitutes cornmeal, exactly.

If it's okay, then this makes a wonderful bread/carb alternative!!
