Insomnia was probably the worst side effect of chronic candidiasis in my case. I have started liquid magnesium chloride which I think has helped slightly. However, I'm almost sure now of what is causing it - stressed or congested liver. For some months now I have had a constant nagging pain in my liver. I finally decided to do a Liver Flush and this was followed by a whole liver pain free day and in the week that followed I started sleeping much better. I'm absolutely sure now that there is a connection between the quality and quantity of my sleep and the state of my liver.
