Someone I know takes a very high potency fish oil. It is precription and costs over a hundred dollars. It boosts eicasinoids which control inflammatory responses. This has controlled her chronic problems with hives. The problem comes from 'leaky gut syndrome'. The best thing is to increase your omega-3 levels.----shroom
