"Since the dawn of time" hunter gatherer types did not have Antibiotics , other drugs and chemical environmental, processed food additives and pollutants which all create free radical or direct damage. They weren't messed up on these like we are. The general diet at the dawn of time was quite different and mankind did not have environmental hazards other than getting clubbed, falling, freezing, or being eaten by animals. At any rate, we couldn't even eat a bite of fish the way they did for all the mercury and other pollutants we have in our fish today.
