You might also try taking Molybdenum (a mineral) as it neutralizes the toxins that the candida organisms give off. It is thought that the toxins from the candida is what gives us systemic conditions, including hives and other skin conditions. Molybdenum converts the toxins to useable energy. The recommended dosage to accomplish this is 300 mg. broken into two doses; 150 a.m. and 150 mg. p.m. or late afternoon. Good luck
