nope but that is a good idea! a tongue scraper - i could use one of those. i have been using organic toothpaste - jasons sea fresh or something like that...it has blue algae and lots of other good stuff. my gums finally seem to be healing and bleeding less, but the toothpaste isn't helping the breath. i will get a tongue scraper and start using the h2o2 and baking soda and see if i get any results.
