I wouldn't do colonics, many think that one's body can get addicted to those making an already existing constipation problem much worse. Mostly it is recommended that you get yourself regular first before taking colonics. Of course, those giving the colonics are happy to take your money so they will most likely advocate its constant use. Do what is right for YOUR BODY. If you are now constipated then that should tell you something.
