Hi Lapis, Guys.

Your post refers to taking in fresh fruit whilst fighting candida. Are the two compatible? I have been avoiding any fruit like the plague for fear of it feeding the Candida. Your post hints that, that may not be what is required. It hints at the possibility of taking in fresh fruit.
