Oh my YES... I am sure there are many different breakdowns going on with me! ;-) I'm in the process of trying to work them all out. Unfortunately it's like a puzzle and for many of us it can take years to put all the pieces together. It's not always as clear cut as- take probiotics, digestive support and candida diet- if you know what I mean.
