I assume you are asking because you are having problems either staying on it or having it not work for you, is that right?

If you cut out the source of the fuel for candida to burn it will die. That means eliminating pretty much all carbs simply because carbohydrates get broken down into simple sugars in the body. Of course candida loves that a lot and it will help keep the candida alive.

However changing your diet will still leave the candida alive for quite a while even if it has no fuel sources. As long as the candida is alive and surviving you will crave bad food. This is why you need to throw water on the candida fire. Make sure you take plently of Caprillic Acid and Grapefruit-Seed-Extract then as it's dying your cravings will go away :-)
