does anyone know if lipoic acid and caprylic acid are somewhat similar? I know
caprylic acid is used for candida while lipoic acid is used as a chelation for mercury toxicity.
however i just wanted to cure candida cause i have some mercury toxicity...
so is it ok if i take caprylic acid?
