COuld be toixins from candida adn not enough water for sure. Try drinking at least 80 - 90 ounces of water a dya with a little Sea Salt in it. Also you need to take calcium and magnesium. salt , calcium, magnesium and pitassium are elctrolytes that candia messes with so you need a good supplement.
