I just started using Ultra Flora Plus Capsules. The back of the bottle says it has:

Lactobacillus acidophilous NCFM Strain--- 7.5 Billion live organisms

Bifidobacterium lactis--- 7.5 billion live organisms.


Can't give more info as i actually only strated it yesterday. Doing 2 pills a day so hopefully it works.
