have you ever looked into using a "neti-pot" to help cleanse your sinus and nose?
i havent used them but on another message board people that have really bad allergies and sinus problems swear by them.

something to check out anyway. i dont think they are $$$ or anything.

if you google it i am sure you could find a seller online.
