Zapp, what brand of probiotics will you use? Also, there's a way to test the probiotics you buy to see if they're alive and functioning (you may already know this) - put a little of them into some milk and set it out at room temperature for a day or two, and it should turn into yogurt, if it does then you know the little guys are alive and healthy in the bottle you bought. Do let us know how you do.
