I'd agree w/ Zapp about hypothyroidism. All the symptoms you list can be caused HT. I had the same thing. All my thyroid panels, and I've had many over the years, all said everything was fine T3, T4, TSH, everything ok. But I still had HT symptoms. As soon as I started taking synthroid (then armour thyroid) I went back to normal. I think Zapp may be on to something. A nutritionist I know checks this out in patients as one of the first things he does.
