My suggestion: Try every single dr in your area!!! As you go down the list of drs and phone them, you could ask the receptionist if s/he can find out if the dr has ever treated cases of severe immuno-suppressed candidiasis (maybe that's redundant but maybe sounds less whacko). And tell her/him you'll wait on the phone while s/he finds out. And try the positive approach. Say "there IS a dr out there. I will find him/her."
