I took a strong decongestant once for bad lung congestion (start of candida nightmare) and it really messed up my nervous system, like being on speed. I was so wired i couldn't sleep for 2 days. My whole body hummed and not in a good way. Swore I'd never do THAT again! I switched over to echinacea at acupunturist's recommendation and had good results, killed it off finally.
