It was rough on my liver after a few days--as was suggested by 'violetgrace'--to the point of pain. It would totally distrupt my sleep, and I started to get reactions. If this was a die-off sort of thing, I'll never know, because I would be too messed-up to go through with it. It did reduce the chronic inflammation in the prostate, but not worth the trade-off. shroom
