The lymph system gets burdened pumping out the toxins. And the toxins can give you a headache when the body is "cleaning house" via the lymph. Keep drinking water. Epsom Salts baths for drawing out toxins, unless maybe you're afraid of diarrhea. You might ask Qwer if he knows if external skin absorption of Mg will give diarrhea.
