Hi rlm,

Everyone's different on that ACV thing. I know it's supposed to be so good for us so one day i put 2 teaspoons in my a.m. drinking water and found myself dragged down and feeling tired the next day. So I'm not so sure I will do an ACV enema. Think I will try something else.

I had to LOL all over the place reading your post about 1 qt. of liquid! YIEEEE! No offense, just struck me funny. Maybe if we completely evacuate all the plumbing it would fit. I think I'm with Michelle, i'd only hold maybe a cup, but ya never know. I'm never completely empty, i don't think. A little bathroom humor, i'm still giggling inside.... about Michelle going for a refill, kinda like a gas tank? I think i've heard this before though, about how much to put in the bag; it sounds right. Isn't there a colon or Bowel Cleanse curezone forum you can ask them? Be safe.
