Your all that! Thanks for that info. That gies me alot of hope. I have b een researching magnesium for sometime , read tons of books and even spoke with an expert on the subject. I was told to change to magnesium glycinate. I did order a while ago, still waiting on the damn things to arrive. In any case, would you please take a look a the message Re: What to do for Depression TO OBJOYFUL: please read. I have had a strange occirance of events with magnesium and would love your opinion. Actually the events that happened with magnesium is what caused me to research it.
