I very very rarely sweat, no matter how hot it is, even if I'm uncofortably warm I don't actually sweat. I've always thought there has to be something wrong with that, and toxins are probably not being released the way they should be. All I've found on it is that a low thyroid problem can cause it, but not necessarily.
