yes, i couldn't exercise for four months either because it would be very painful the next day. i didn't know why. i just think light walking should be ok in michelle's case. she has been on the diet and healing for quite some time and i think if she is depressed, a little bit of exercise might help. not strenuous stuff. just walking...

but you are right and so was she about toxin release. i think she should try it though and see what happens.
