So you ONLY had to leave out vinegar and malt? I don't think that can be quite accurate. SUGAR? And, the doctor you listed, and book you mentioned he wrote - well the book is called Feast without Yeast, and it advocates a diet without sugar, gluten, wheat, dairy... much more than just vinegar and malt.

Good that you got better, and since you said you'll not be visiting this board anymore, I doubt we'll hear back, but wishing for a cure involving only nystatin and a diet without two simple things to remove - well, we're all wishing for that. But there really must have been more to it.
