I have heard good things about goat milk as well. But check the Sugar content. When my candida was really bad I threw up the smallest amt of milk products. Be careful of the store bought milk subs like soy and rice. Lots of sugar. Jhan has a blog here on curezone with a recipe for home made brown rice milk.

I have heard and read a lot about the increased variety of infant and child immunizations messing up kids' immune systems. I think that is why so many more kids today have autoimmune diseases, asthma, diabetes, autism, candidiasis, etc. than a few decades ago. obj
