I have finished my second Liver Flush and I passed about 350 stones most the size of peas but others much larger. I feel really great today. My first flush was not very successful, I was following a different protocol than Hulda Clark s and though I did pass some, I felt washed out and sick for the rest of the week. What I want to know is that some recommend drinking apple juice for 3 days before doing the flush but Clark doesnt even mention it. I would like to know what others do before doing the flush. Have you had as much success without the apple juice as will it. I am just curious. I will be doing this many more times and feel elated today with how it worked.
