yeah i am trying to figure that one out myself - how to repair adrenal function. i read an article recently about a few different chinese herbs that are supposed to help. i think they sell adrenal supplements at the health food store. i don't know if i even have adrenal problems. this whole thing is so confusing. right now i am just too overwhelmed with all the different things to try that i am just listening to my body the best i can and making my own judgements. it is helpful to talk to others with this condition who understand what you are going through, but at the same time i have realized i am allowing this to consume every aspect of my life. everyone has a different opinion on what is good, what is bad, what works, what doesn't...i have found that half of what people say should be ok to eat, i react to instantly. so right now i am going to just do what i need to do for me and quit focusing on what others think is right or wrong. believe me i am very thankful for the advice i have gotten and everything i have learned. but i find i get depressed when i focuse too much on all the different opinions.

if you really think you have adrenal issues, you should probably go to your doc and get them tested - don't mention candida though - make up something else. i am just going to treat the candida the best i can with everything i have learned on here and hope that the other issues resolve as i heal.
