Put a glass of water beside your bed before you sleep, spit in it upon awakening before you swallow, and if it is stringy or cloudy you may have systemic (gut) Candida. Take Caprylic Acid and try it topically. You might try meat tenderizer/papaya to dissolve any buglets you have on your skin (scabies). Check out the Silver Colloid forum for topical and internal Silver Colloid making and use, very cheap if you make it yourself.
