thank you for your advice- I will certainly make more of an effort to cleanse my liver- I am already on a cocktail of supplements including milk thistle for my liver but I see that it makes sense that it is struggling under the strain of getting rid of so many toxins so I will definitely concentrate on that too.
Hopefully with the diet, the anti-fungals, the vitamins, the good bacteria AND the liver cleanse- surely it will end! here's hoping.... thanks again.
