I read a really interesting article on adrenal dysfunction and believe this is a source of a lot of my problems. probably some of it is related to my taking cipro as well because a lot of people on the boards for adverse reactions to quinolones have serious adrenal problems.

there were about 5 or 6 herbs listed on this article i read that are supposed to support the adrenals and i was wondering if any of you are taking anything to help with this problem?
