1 - Hazelnuts good or bad? I just can't handle almonds anymore :(

2 - coffee enema - decaf or caf? i read somewhere it should actually have caffeine in order to detox the liver...is this true?

3 - what type of magnesium should i be using again? i use it in powdered form dissolved in water - mine says elemental from magnesium citrate.

4 - has anyone tried using ionic minerals as suggested by one poster?

5 - thoughts on multivitamins? i would like to minimize all the pill popping down to one good multivitamin that has a good dose of vitamin C. is this ok?
