I have been managing to get rid of loads of candida since the beginning of October including some absolutely huge pieces. Recently I've started taking regular doses of anti-fungals such as oregano oil and cocnut oil etc. I think it has been very successful at killing off the candida because recently I've been passing much more "dead" looking candida - brown as opposed to white. However, for some weeks now I've been suffering from a dull ache in my liver which sometimes becomes quite a sharp pain. I know that my liver is suffering because of all the candida killing and I wonder if there is anything I can do to help my liver. Hopefully that might also help my insomnia. I f anybody has any ideas please suggest.
