The chronic insomnia caused by candidiasis has left me addicted to zpiclone and mirtazapine. Whenever I try to stop taking them I cannot sleep at all well and usually end up going back on them after one or two weeks out of desperation. I know that they aren't doing me any good but can't stop taking them for the insomnia.
