Last night I did my first enema. I throughly read instructions from link that Jhan posted. I used warm pure bottled water with probiotics added. I could only do about 8 ounces of fluid before I felt fullness. I maintained it for about 5 minutes. I did not even want to be in the same room with what came out of me. I did see white globs of junk. What is it, mucus or candida. I tend to think candida since it did look a little stringy and globby. IN any event when I went to the bathroom I felt crampy and nauseated. Afterwards I have been feeling achy in the intestines and heavy full feeling on my tummy that makes me nauseous. I want to do another because of all the stuff that came out, but I am afraid to now because of how I feel. I decided not to do another until maybe tomorrow night.

Am I feeling this way because of progress , is this normal to feel crampy and achy/ nauseated? Did I do something wrong.
