I was looking at the Beta 1,3 - 1,6 yeast. Don't know what that is, other than I know beta cells are immunity producing. (Then there are beta cells that are important in insulin production.) Also, don't know what are the "Adaptogens." I found a researcher who may be able to answer your question about FOS and feeding the bad bacteria. You can e-mail her.

Then there's the apple powder. That's a question. If you've already been taking this product for at least a week, the only way to know if it's helping or harming you is to stop taking it and see if you feel better or worse.

Otherwise, this looks like a wonderful product if the questionable ingredients check out ok. Depending on what you find out, I may start taking it myself, so please report back. Thanks
