You want something to work immediatly I assume? Try caol tar shampoo, leave on for a few minutes, then rinse. This should work, but I'm sure there are other topical lotions at the pharmacy for fungal infections. This is a short term solution if you suffer from systemic or chronic type infection.---Shroom
